AWARENESS
Awareness and what is it?
Awareness is of being conscious of living and being in the now. Now, this minute because that is all there is and all that matters. The past has gone tomorrow never comes, so all that matters to you at this specific moment is now.
The now is whatever you are doing at this moment If you are doing something creative you get lost in the moment because you are conscious of what you are doing-especially if you are cutting or measuring or knocking nails in minding your fingers. Even reading a book you get into the story if it's a good book. You forget the time and that's good it can be like meditating lost in the moment but being aware.
In other realms the spirit world and the Universe they say there is no time we made up the time probably for time and motion to see how much can you do in an hour. Or to make day and night with the light and the darkness.
The Planet Earth has speeded up facts! Probably because of the upgrade to the fifth dimension. A lot of people think we are there now. It's hard to believe with all the unrest going on If we were in a higher realm I would have thought it to be a more peaceful world and a lot of people prefer it.
Most of us are good people we will help if we can like giving to charities I give what I can and I'm sure you do too. Makes me wonder if they get any money from us after what's been taken out for admin and things they get very little to say people raise millions. Not for me to judge I was just thinking about all the effort people put in for charities and we are very aware of and grateful for that. That's my next post being Grateful and why?
I learned a good thing today If you sleep with your head pointing to the North Pole (I am North-west) it's a magnet and it's something to do with your blood too can cause anaemia It has this pull so that's why I can't sleep well. So must change the direction of my bed to see if it works I downloaded a compass app to my phone it's worth a try. This is the same for anyone in the Southern Hemisphere you might need to sleep with your head pointing to the South Pole.
**This is an update I have had my blood taken 3 times and I am not short of iron so I have no anaemia good eh?**
If you're in sync with the universe and nature you will wake up early between 3.40 and 6.40am It's said these times are a very good time to do something. Twenty minutes before sunrise and twenty minutes after sunset you will want to be in your bed I would think so waking up then at 3.40am Sometimes I have just got to sleep but this could be something to do with being on a spiritual journey. I don't mind sometimes I do a guided meditation and fall asleep. Did I say if you do a guided meditation you listen to the person speaking so this takes care of the constant chatter in your head so you won't be overthinking
Let me tell you this I struggled to turn my bed around was very heavy, I turned so my head was pointing to the North. I went to sleep so quick it was unbelievable, but I had a couple of strange dreams that woke me but I went straight back to sleep amazing can only get better without the dreams don't know what they were about but maybe I should have paid more attention mm...
